Step aboard a ship of song and story in Echoes of the Sea, a hauntingly beautiful 1920s-inspired musical revue presented by the Charleston Youth Company in their 2026 Winter Spectacular. Guided by Caleb and Isla, audiences are swept through glittering salons and below-deck quarters filled with lively dance, timeless music, and unforgettable characters. But when the clock strikes midnight, everything changes. Elegant, emotional, and full of surprise, Echoes of the Sea is a Charleston youth musical theatre production where history dances, mystery lingers, and the sea still sings.

Echoes of the Stage is a heartfelt original musical about coming home, remembering who you were, and finding the courage to begin again. When Clara returns to the theatre of her youth on the eve of its demolition, she’s swept into a magical journey through memory, music, and self-discovery—guided by echoes of her past and the people who helped shape her. Featuring a cast of youth performers and favorite songs from Broadway and beyond, this high-energy, family-friendly show celebrates the power of storytelling, friendship, and the places that raised us.
